Took my car to Chevy Dealership on 8/12/21 to be serviced for check engine and battery light flashing along with vehicle shutting off. Was told that it was $2,277.32 for total repair and paid 1,100 on 8/19/21 for repairs to start. Dealership called me and said repairs were finished on 8/26/21 but when I got to dealership my cars check engine light and battery light was still on. I told my advisor that I would not be taking the car until full and proper repairs were done. They gave me a loaner car, and told me to come back Saturday morning. When I went to dealership on 8/28/21 my vehicle lights were off on the dashboard, I paid remaining balance and drove off the lot in my personal vehicle. 3 days later on 8/31/21 my car kept shutting off, check engine light also came back on and was flashing. I tried contacting business on numerous occasions and haven’t received a call back. My car is currently not drive-able.Initial Complaint

My car A/C was having problems. I didnt want to take it to anybody to get it done so I decided to save my hard earned money and even started a new job so I can get it done the correct way at the dealership. I took my car to Chapman Chevrolet to get diagnosis on May 28th, 2021. They told me my condenser, A/C compressor and expansion valve needed to be replaced. I asked them were they sure because I had it replaced last year. I told them I think that it was the A/C compressor in my dashboard that went bad and that I didnt want to pay money for something that didnt need to be replaced. They told me that they were positive and had the best mechanics. So, I end up paying around $4,000 for the work to be done and paid it with no problem. They called me on June 7th, 2021 and said that everything was fixed and working. I went and picked my car up that same day. When I got to the car, it barely was blowing out cold air. About a hour later on my way to work, my car.. to be continued
