      I was part of the ***** *** class action suit from way back in 2014. The suit was settled and they repeatedly said they were going to issue checks. By March of 2015 I still had not rcvd a check and unfortunately I was arrested and ended up doing 16 months. When I was released, I tried to find out what happened to my check. I couldnt get into my email account I used when I joined the suit but I did open another one and emailed Heffler explaining what happened and gave all the necessary information to verify who I was. The response I rcvd said that it was no longer a valid email address and that suit had been settled and closed. I tried to contact hefflers main office to find out what I needed to do to request a replacement check but the only response I've rcvd is it's closed. No one calls me back, I don't know who else to contact or where to even begin. I looked over the complaints on your wall and 10 out of 11 of them were regarding the same problem. They hadn't rcvd thier settlement checks and couldnt contact anyone to find out why, etc. I agree with the one that said they are keeping our money and blowing us off. They may be small amounts (mine is around 75 to 100 dollars) but when they do that to a million people with an average of 50 owed to each, they have 50 million dollars of money that doesn't belong to them collecting interest on it. He'll, I'm thinking perhaps I'll go into the same business, I could use several million dollars of other peoples money, especially if I'll face no repercussions for it. Please help, I have absolutely no clue who to contact next or what to do for that matter. Thank you for your help

      I bought two ********** machines & was informed about the reimbursement program. I called to receive my reimbursement ID numbers & filed my two cases on January 24th. I received an email to take a picture of the serial numbers in the machines. I was then emailed that a reimbursement was already made on on of my machines. The other machine I needed to turn in a receipt. So after an hour of searching what card I used & when did I purchase the machine, I emailed the information. I have not heard anything nor received my two reimbursements. I am getting such a run around, no one will give me an answer. It has to be done by email. I want to call Channel * news to investigate this rubbish, two machines total close to $700.00. Men answer the phone & are rude to me, maybe I need my brother to call!

      Filed a claim with Rg2 claims regarding a lawsuit. I was advised a check would be reissued since I never received one and had moved. I was advised a check would be reissued and when following up 4 weeks later, was told the account was closes the previous year. At this time there is no response from the company and I still have.not received the settlement check.

      This is regarding my claim check settlement for ******* Flushable wipes settlement. The class admin was asked to reissue the check but they never responded so i followed up a few times with them on the same. They sent me a old check which had already been cancelled so it bounced and i got checked bounced fees for the same when i contacted them about it someone called me by name of ********* and she apologized and took responsibility of making things right. However she dissapeared after that never answering the phone or resolving the issue. Class counsel emailed the company and their supervisor and they never responded. Thsi comapny is stealing peoples money and the class admin is not following the right process and lying to claimants over the phone and misleading them. The company should rightfully pay me my settlement funds

      This company is settlement administrator for class action lawsuit ****** v ****** *** ****. The settlement was to be send in 2 checks. I received the first check 10/19 for $8.79, but never received the larger check that was to be sent in the third quarter of 2020. Over the last 6 months, I have called the number listed on the lawsuit administrator's website numerous times and left messages, sent email inquiries, and even left a message on the main company voice mail. I have never received any response. I am still owed the remaining $57.21 from the settlement.

      In 2020 I received a w2 for a payment I never received in 2019 from a suit. I contracted them and over several months and multiple calls they said they would issue me a check and a corrected w2. The check came but the w2 never did. I have called emailed and they never followed through causing 2020 tax issues with my refund now. The number is no longer working directly to the suit and I have no idea how to keep on them to fix the issue that they said would be resolved with a corrected w2. I have left several messages on a voice mail stating they will call back in 1 business day for the main line of the company.
