"Totally unprofessional bought a truck not even two months later the transmission went out not only did it break down on my way home the first day it was in the shop 4 times since they sent it to a shop because they trusted it and they tuned the transmission 3 weeks later the transmission goes out now Im left to fix it then they say my truck that I traded in is now blown up which is a lie because the employee that dropped my truck off said its gonna be a mud truck now for there business with nfi logos all over it and my house cameras can prove that he said that so clearly they were having fun in it 51 thousand dollars after they paid 16k for my vehicle I am stuck with a problem they should have resolved before it was on there lot it was in there shop 3 times and another shop that they sent it to once and Ive made one payment since the day I bought it totally unprofessional business just all about profit and not customer happiness and I even got them a second sale two weeks later from my father in law that also had problems with his vehicle. And most definitely we are going to court Ive had Lawyers on standby from out of town since Ive had problems and contacted one two weeks ago that is handling the case until its time and guess what it is time now."
