      I placed an order on 07/24/24 for a pair of 5.11 Tactical ***** Company 3.0 Boot (Color: Black, Size: 13, Width: Wide). According to their ****** advertisement they would ship by 07/30/24. I have been calling this establishment with no return phone calls and recently attempted one final email. The company charged my card immediately. I was charged $135.00 + $12.99 shipping +$8.88 tax for a total of $156.87. After months of trying to get an answer from this company *** decided to file this complaint in hopes of getting a refund and holding them accountable for their shady business practices.

      I ordered a shirt on July 3rd it's now August 16th, I have made several attempts to contact this vendor about status on my order and I received a response telling me they don't have item in stock, ok fine then put that on the web site! I reached out again to be told that the "system was down" and can't check orders.... Ummm sure yeah ok! I just reached out and asked for a refund and low and behold no response!

      Placed an order with Atlantic Tactical on July 18th *************************************************** reality they did not have the item. They took the payment and never shipped the item. I Have sent e mails (July 23rd, July 24th) that were never responded to as well as talked to customer service July 26th who stated they would send confirmation of the refund in attempt to get my money back and nothing has worked. Its outright theft

      On July 1st, 2024, I placed an order via Atlantic Tacticals website. The product was listed as available to purchase and had no indications that it was out of stock.10 days later, on July 11th, 2024, I communicated with Atlantic Tacticals customer service as I had not received any shipping update. I received an e-mail from ***************************** and was informed that the item was, in fact, out of stock and unavailable from the manufacturer. In addition, I was offered a full refund of the opportunity to replace the item with another one.On July 12th, 2024, I replied to ********************** e-mail stating that I would like a refund. However, I have not received one and this individual has stopped communicating with me.

      Order #****** Company took an order for 3 firearms that were never shipped. There was a clerical error on the companys part that a firearm was shipped to a different individual with the same name as mine. The company refunded 2/3 of the firearms cost. The company refuses to refund the remaining balance and will not answer my calls. The refund process has been ongoing for a year. I am always told that a check will be sent out on Friday however I never receive a check. When I call back the refund was never even added to the order in their system.

      Placed 2 orders (order numbers are ****** and ******). Credit cards were charged immediately. After a few days, I send emails through their website in addition to regular emails. After no response, I called. I inquired about both orders and was told all items were not in stock. I requested to cancel both orders. The person I spoke with stated it would take about 3 days to see the money back on my cards. Both orders show "refunded" for their status. I have yet to see any money back on my cards.

        This customer requested a refund on 1/25/23 by phone and we issued the refund on our end that day. Refunds can take 2-7 business days to reflect on the bank or credit statement. I have attached copies of both refund transactions receipts from 1/25/23.

      I purchased an optic and was billed immediately for my purchase. After 2 weeks of not receiving my item, I contacted to company by email to get an explanation. I was told the item was back ordered until March. I have asked the company for a refund since they didnt list the item as being out of stock. I have not received a response. I also tried to call the company and I get a recording that my call cant be completed as dialed. Im getting the run around and I want my money back.

      Hello,

        This customer did request a refund due to the backorder of the item ordered. They put that request into us on 1/4/23. We were out of the office for the holiday and this request was processed on our end on 1/9/23. Refunds can take 2-7 business days to reflect on the customers bank or credit statement. I have attached a copy of their refund transaction receipt.

      I placed an order for a new pair of boots in March 2022. My credit card was charged and I was under the assumption I would receive my boots in the coming week. My order number for reference is ******. After not receiving my boots two weeks later I called customer service and was told they were back ordered and would be at my doorstep within the next few weeks. Another three weeks went by with no delivery and I called back. I was then told it would be another two weeks (early June). End of June after still not receiving my boots I called back again and after voicing my frustration they refunded my shipping charge and I was told they would be here In July. In August I called back again after STILL not getting them and once again told it'd be another month. I gave it two and just called again today. I was put on hold for 20 minutes just to be told I should receive them in February… 11 months after I ordered them and being charged without being notified they were ever back ordered until I called weeks after the order was placed!!! I asked if there was any discount or anything they could do and was told no, they already refunded my shipping charge months prior. Unbelievable company that I will never do business with again.
