I received a mortgage from this bank, it seems that almost every month the last half of this year, the bank has processed my mortgage incorrectly or not at all. The bank cashes the checks and does not update my account and has now reported twice (two separate months/incidents) to all the credit bureaus that I am 30 days late. I have early detection set up and receive the notifications and my credit score dropped almost 100 points each time. I have to contact the bank, prove payments and get everything corrected. I have also requested several times that I receive a mortgage statement. I have had this loan almost a year now and have only received one mortgage statement. They are not mailed to me, they are not listed on their website portal, I've sent multiple emails requests mortgage statements and am now not receiving any responses. This bank is affecting my life by ruining my credit score and is prohibiting me from getting a new loan bc of the adverse incorrect reporting of my payment history. I want to leave this bank and cannot and this is costing me thousands of dollars. The banks behavior may not be malicious intent, however, gross negligence is just as serious and needs to be resolved.
