H&N guy came out mid March to go over the project for numerous different stones to save my fences, pool fence, and fairly new driveway along with fence along with driveway. There was a cliff of about one foot along the side fence which needed filled in ASAP from heavy rains. He took notes and I had a map for him what to do for this project, He said don’t be alarm if it takes some time to get all these stones in and will use a vehicle with treads to get through the side in case of mud. We went over where to turn around and more details about everything. H&N sent me a contract to sign by e-mail. I did not want electronic signature so they sent me a contract to sign and I took it directly to the post office since I needed this job done ASAP.. Later I had small add ons which I told him might happen since I have a broken critical spine. It was to add some dirt etc. this was on the e-mail contract. I was to have spinal injections the day he showed up and I had to put my health on the back burner to get this job complete. I had used this company in the past without problems. So, I took their word to wait. We had large and small gray stones, red stones and Ocean gravel for around the inside and outside the pool. Dirt to fill in a hole which he would remove stone and fill in with dirt so the Grass guy could cut straight down and not encounter stones. Today, I e-mailed the company to add red stones to the fence going down the driveway from the neighbor running his rain water and pool water onto my property which no one has done anything about. I have pictures of the neighbor hoses next to my fence which I had to pay for the fence to be fixed. This explains why I had to add these stones again. Back to H&N they E-mail me that B***** went to a higher job not sure what! He was from H&N and the contract title was H&N.. No notice that they were never coming. No cancellation calls or papers. Stupid me we shook hands can’t start again spinal pain never e-mail me back!
