"This company ***** not the lnstallers the salesman and the project managers they sell you the windows and after that theyre is no communication from the salesman to the project manager this is the worst experience i have ever experienced they started this project may 1st and this is October 2nd and they still aint done the salesman promises to much and does not communicate with the installer about what he had planned and the project manager is worthless l would like pella to now about this experience it was the worst experience i have ever seen from suppositelv the best company around but this company makes this pella windows company look like a bunch of chumbs i would never recommend this company to anybody unless they would compensate me for all this distress Ive gone through and aggravasion that im going through"
