my cars delivery it whit out keys they forgot keys with another driver they promise me sent it keys overnight mail and they never mail me keys and check for service i paid $200 more which on contract ! now they not mail me key and they not refund me money ! My request is to refund me my money and expenses for i did new key total is $650!Initial Complaint

My car (2018 ****** *******) shipped from New Jersey (1/3) to CA (1/20) where it was given to the ports for shipment to HI. My grandmother put several boxes of items in the car when it left NJ and ****** specifically noted in their system that there was nothing in the car when it arrived there. I've called several times trying to find out where my boxes went and was told I would be called back. I did not receive any calls back. My items are still missing and I have just been ignored by the company. Furthermore, the driver went through my car which I only know because my father's ashes were on the front seat but the box containing the rest of his ashes was in the glove box. Which is beyond disgusting and unprofessional to have gone through my stuff in the first place.Initial Complaint

I paid to get my van shipped from Florida to linden, NJ, for $9:50 200 down and $7:50 when the van was delivered now the have it in PA and don't want to deliver it on till the receive more money .I told then I have a signed contract they said don't care I need 1,500 totalInitial Complaint

June 17, 2022 dispatch called that driver was en route to pick up my vehicle in PA. No prior communication and they gave me a 2 hour window which disrupted my plans. Driver spoke no English, could not communicate with at all. Vehicle was running, no loose or missing parts. June 22, 2022 I got a message from dispatch to call them and the vehicle was enroute to Arizona. I was told by Ali (dispatch) my sunroof had flown off and the car had been driving without a roof on the interstate. The driver didn't notice when this happened. The car was loaded backwards on the trailer which may have contributed to the incident. They offered to pay $25 for a sunroof on a 1985 ******* *** which is no longer in production. I spend the next few hours looking on ebay and trying to find a feasible solution. We go back and forth and never heard from Ali for about a week. Meanwhile, They deliver the vehicle, driver again does not and can not communicate, no post delivery inspection and has us sign an electronic bill of lading. Nothing else on paper was provided. I call their home office and they said they'd call back, no response for 2 days. I call again and tell them that this roof is not able to be replaced for less than $700 (excluding my labor cost and incidental damage to my headliner) and I was wiling to take 500. They start offering 250 and I refuse. They would let the driver pay for it despite the fact that they are insured. They now say this is not their fault and that they will send a bill of lading to confirm but none of the exceptions cover a roof flying off my car. They also said they would give me their insurance but they never responded. My car has since been parked without a roof exposed to the elements. I have continued to reach out to settle this matter amicably but they refuse to do so and just leave their customers out to dry.
