      I was called by this company about an outstanding bill I owed. They offered a settlement. $150 today for a $500 past due bill. I paid it and then the original company text me asking for payment. I told them I already paid and they said they had not sent my bill to collections. So now I still owe that bill and am out $150. I don't know what to do or how to get it back.

      This account was settled by the customer and reported to our client Orkin on 3.5.2025.  There is not longer any money owed on her account and anyone trying to collect on the debt at this for Orkin should be told the account is settled. -MGF

      **** and **** in associates keeps saying I am in collections so I finally made an account with them and gave them my email and password. Seems like a very illegitimate company

      Getting many calls/texts even after asking them to contact me only by mail. ************************* wont tell you where the original debt is from so I can verify it's even mine. I have disputed a few things from my credit report do to fraud. When you do call to talk to someone they use scare tactics to force you into taking responsibility for said debt and wont send any proof of a contract or agreement I made with them in the mail.

      I am rejecting this response because: The company is still not sending me the information requested to verify the debt. I asked for a document to be mailed to me with the contract agreement I had with them if I did. All they offered was to stop calling and texting only 50% of the problem is being taken care of.

      I been requesting a recipe and a letter of settlement for the past two weeks and I have not received. Every time I called they tell me that they are going to send it Via email and I still havent get it.

      I paid this debt collector completely off on 1-6-25 in the *** of $1609.89. They have yet to send me my settlement/zero balance letter. This is after they confirmed that they'd email it to me within 3 days. I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE SINCE THEN. NO LETTER & CANNOT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE WHO WILL ASSIST ME IN THIS PROCESS. I lost everything from Hurricane ****** and I think this is such a horrible way to treat someone who is trying to move on from such utter devastation. All I wanted was my letter stating the account was settled. They had NO PROBLEM ACCEPTING THE MONEY- HAVEN'T RECEIVED OR HEARD FROM THEM SINCE. TERRIBLE DEBT COLLECTORS- DON'T DO AS THEY PROMISE...AT ALL. SEND THE **** EMAIL LETTER ASAP

      I couldn't remember if I attached the receipt - that we paid to **** AND KIRLIN that was made on 1/3/25 and withdrawn from my account on 1/6/25 in the amount of *******. They collected on behalf of ******************* partial acct #******. It appears on our credit as CWS/CW NEXUS *******/CCH (CREDIT CARD HOLDINGS). And it is still listed as of today. We attempted to call them multiple times on Saturday but it only went through to their answering service- yet it clearly states on ****** that they're open on Saturday. We were told to keep calling back on Saturday- still went to answering service.... and no one has returned a phone call, an email....anything at all. We just want our zero balance/settled letter.       This company continuously calls me several times a day and no matter how many times I block them, they keep changing their number and calling repeatedly. Im tired if the harassment and want it to stop. I dont know what they want as I owe nothing to anyone!

      They keep calling even thou I have blocked their number. They leave no voicemail message. I don't have any debts any debt has been turnover to a law firm more than 10 years ago.

      I called today, 8-29-24, talked to Sheens to pay on my account, $10. I paid that before and there should not have been an issue. She would not accept my payment. This is not acceptable as I am attempting to pay but she refused.
