I had Everything Gutters replace my gutters. When I arrived home, they had already put the front gutter on my house. They didn’t run the gutter off the side of my house as it previously had been. They ran the gutter downspouts down the front of my house which looks bad. I requested it changed but they said they couldn’t do it. Jimmy wanted me to wait and see how I felt and if I could live with it. He said if they changed it they would charge me for doing it. He also said I should have told them where to run the gutters. Not sure why they wouldn’t ask the homeowner if they can change the look of their house. I had no idea I would have to request the same gutter style I HAD. The second issue I have is the rain coming off the back of my roof is creating a waterfall off my garage. I complained to Jimmy and he said I need a guard. I have lived here over 20 years and never had so much water coming off my garage. I recently noticed the pitch of my gutter is wrong. They have it so the rain water from the roof heads towards my garage roof. It should be the other way around. Now I am concerned my basement will get water in it and my foundation will be damaged. Very shoddy workmanship. I would like this corrected if nothing else. I will work on videoing the next rainstorm we have.
