I’m saddened by their departure. I was lucky, I’ve been using Chinese vendors for my units for almost 15 years. I would never pay the prices hair direct charged. BUT I used them for supplies. Tape, knot sealer, scalp protector. I’m lost without them. Now that lace wigs are so popular the prices are extremely jacked up. Something Hair Direct never did. I’d like to know who bought their inventory. And when I placed an order for supplies I received it within days. The were the middleman for hair units. They already stored supplies in their warehouse so my experience was different than hair buyers. I miss them horribly.Review from Tanya P

They ripped everyone off!! Owe me almost 1600.00 and sent me a check for 100.00 saying final payment. I don’t give a damn if they went out of business, they need to pay people what we are owed. Their attorney won’t reply to emails http://www.saxtonstump.com All customers who are due money should sue this law office!Review from Melissa M

Been with the company several years, now scrambling to find another. Paid 650 for hair, was only reimbursed 99 in the liquidation. So frustrated.Review from Leslie

I never ordered hair. I had my direct vendors in China for that. The other reviewers below me should have wisened up to the fact that China was really making their systems. They should have gone directly to the source. Even prior to Covid a lot of the vendors were not producing the same quality hair systems. With that said, Hair direct tried their best to fulfill the needs of their clients. I strictly only use them for supplies, such as tapes, knot sealers, skin protectors etc. for 20 years they were awesome. Prices did go up from 20 years ago I just like everything goes up. I always got my order within a week. I am saddened to see them close down. What I’d like to know is where they sold their inventory. Anyway it was good while it lasted and I will miss them.Review from Peter J V

Had a hair order where I lost all the payments I made and they left me stranded with having paid ahead with no refunds to date. I hope the bankruptcy attorney's refund me for what I paid for with the breach of my order, that was approximately $300. I don't understand why ************** is not writing to loyal customers and briefing us. I was a loyal client for over 6-7 years. Awful and a complete let down.Review from GG G

I placed an order last September. I made partial payment. The order was due to arrive this week. I just saw they are permanently closed. I never received any notice. This is bad business.! Does anyone here have any luck reaching them..etc... ThanksReview from Steve L

I like the rest use to be happy but the last 2 units I received sucked, I pay monthly and now they owe me two systems, I see there out of business so now what do I do? I found another company in hopes there better, I figure they owe me my money back at least which would total $1245.00, don't know how they can get away with this, they went out of business in January and I noticed they still took money out in January, I call them crooks who stole our money and could not give a hoot about there customers, I could see if they were from China but there from Lancaster, PA this is not acceptable.Review from Daniel M

If I could give zero stars I would. I've been a customer for 7 years. I contacted my rep Michelle and ordered/paid for a system in April 2021. I checked in in July of 2021. The system wasn't ordered. The had an issue with the supplier with the length and had to send to a different one. I was never contacted. So I agree and order is sent. She said it would take four months. I check in in October, another month, November, another month, in December she says that it arrived and it's in finishing. In January I check in and they're backed up. Today I find out that they went out of business. I have no system and no refund.Review from Michael K

I ordered 3 units on Dec. 20TH. A message was to sent to confirm and to let me know my order was on the way. I paid next day shipping. My order has never been shipped. I spoke with someone and they assured me I would be getting a response from their supervisor. That never happened. I tried to cx my order and have never received conformation or my $1100.00 returned to my card. This company is not responsive and has been reported to my credit card company for fraud and to the BBB as a scam. zero stars from me
