    Paid the resort for 2 events that were subsequently cancelled by the host. The resort never refunded me for my rooms for either event

    I had two reservations with mountain laurel thru a host planner event. Owner scam us and never surrounder his services. Owner send me a email stating refund will be given by June as enclosed. Both reservations equal to almost ***************************************************************** refund. Owner refuses to answer email m change his number. There was few hundred others with this problem . I paid thru a 3 party klarna and they refuse to help with this situation. I need my refund because I never want to this resort due to fraud n scammers.Enclosed are all the supporting documents

    I requested to cancel my reservation and get a refund for a reservation that was for October 2024 back in July and I haven't received my refund yet. They have a non working number now and have stopped responding to my emails. The company has articles about being scammers and I no longer am going. I just want my money back which was paid through Klarna.

    I have been attempting to cancel a reservation for a room at this resort that is scheduled for October *****. The payment in amount of ****** has already been taken out of my account back in February 26. I have called resort and they do not answered I have emailed them and I have gotten no response. The event is now cancelled because there have been issues with this resort and many are having trouble getting a refund

    I own a timeshare with Mountain Laurel Resort. I have had it for over 20 years. I renewed my timeshare for another 20 years. I tried calling to have my week deposited into ********************** to use my annual week for vacation. I also needed last years week deposited as well. I called several times to Mountain Laurel time share I have been paying the maintenance fees each year for $574. I can not reach Mountain Laurel Resort. Their phones are not answering and the call drops. I see they have their website up and running looks like they are still taking reservations. I can not even plan my vacation. They did not even send a letter to alert me to any issues they are having. I need help in what steps can I take to make this situation work out. I know a business can't just drop all their customers like this. I have been putting money into this place for over 20 years.I have documents to prove my claim. I just want to be able to be credited for the lost vacation times and for it to be deposited to interval international so I can plan my vacations now and going forward.If this is not possible then I need to be credited for all my losses now and for all the future 20 years also I had the right to leave this as a legacy inheritance to my grown children so I have many concerns . And Mountain Laurel owes me big time for all of this $$$$ They could have handled this better to notify their time share owners if this situation.

    We have purchased timeshare rights at this resort and have been unable to obtain our week or exchange. All contact information is no longer valid, and we own a week there. We would like a refund of our maintenance fees and the purchase cost since we cannot receive our week.

    I bought a time share week at Mount Laurel resort and spa 81 ************, ***********, ** ***** The numbers are non working ************ or ************ I paid in full for the time share and paid in advance all maintenance fees.The resort phone numbers are disconnected and they don't answer email. I want to use my week, be able to exchange it in a vacation club or a refund.

    I purchased a time share years ago and then renewed it a few years ago. Part if the time share is to deposit your week for an exchange. I have been trying for over a year to get in touch with the resort and have not been able to reach them at any of their listed numbers. Last year I drove to the resort. The place was in shambles and being rented out by a camp. No one was manning the desk to take calls. I finally found someone to talk to and they assured me someone would call me. They never did. I want to deposit my year and do an exchange but can't get in touch with anyone. I think this business may be defunct, but they are still taking reservations online.

    I have tried several times to contact the resort to schedule a vacation exchange from mountainlaurel for ********************** but all numbers posted dont work,I have filled out the information to contact support but no one has contacted me about my exchange. I dont want to lose my week.

    Mountain Laurel has not responded to my various messages. Their phone number is no longer in service. I have no way of depositing my timeshare week or booking to stay. I've been an owner for approximately 17 yrs. I'ts criminal to just disappear when we've paid for our timeshare!!
