I had initially contacted NaturaLawn of America by phone in early spring of 2021. I spoke with a representative named ***** who did my initial consult. There were two main issues I stressed upon discussing the services which I am in need off which included weed control in my two front yard banks above the retaining wall (contracted bad poison ivy handling it the prior year myself), as well as aeration services and over-seeding. She assured me that the front banks would be taken care of but she had to double check if they could provide aeration due to my being land-locked. ******************* was assigned to take care of my property and confirmed he could perform the aeration. Shortly after lawn treatments began, weed began overtaking my front banks. **** came out and told me he doesn't provide those kind of services and asked me who I consulted with. He said he would reach out to the office and get back to me. I was under the impression that I would not be charged for anything that day he came.Customer response
