Would not recommend. Inquired about selling my property with them and got a ridicuously low-ball offer, citing it needed $70,000 of work to make it sellable. As another reviewer said, I'm quite sure they would have given a fraction of the selling value and then probably only painted the place and sold it at full price. Scummy tactic, and I obviously declined their ludicrous offer.Review from MIKE W

Predatory Thieves..... I was Solicited by Diamond Equity at all of my properties, so I decided to give them a call. I have been in Real estate for 20 years and never had I seen such a scam, aimed at the Novice. they come with a bogus ARV , Out dated Comparables, Hoping that the person don't understand so They can scam for a low Price.. My selling experience with Diamond Equity was wonderful! The whole experience was painless and fast. Jamie Brown, my contact person, was always available to answer any questions I had (virtually around clock!). If you want to sell quickly and reliably, I highly recommend this company!

Diamond Equity gave me a fair price for my home and handled the process with professionalism, and kindness. The paperwork was easy to understand and a quick process. The man who handled my case was very nice and handled everything with patience and also assigned me an attorney to take care of the legal aspects of selling my home. If you want to be grossly taken advantage of, roll with these folks. To begin with, they flat out lie. Cute little two bedroom in Hometown - totally emptied out. New floors throughout as well as blinds, and kitchen appliances including refrigerator, range, dishwasher and washer and dryer and fresh paint. Nothing to do. Clean yard and an empty garage also. Was informed by Guillermo that it was not worth more than $73,000. Diamond subsequently sold it through Construction Rehab Services (nothing was needed, I assure you and we were not informed) for $160,000. To say Diamond is far from trustworthy is an understatement.Review from David P

this company sent me an unsolicited mail with a notice intent to purchase my home, the business seeks anonymous leads which seems to have problems of its own. the company should request proof of lead and they don't there fore people are using the site to attack other people . I requested my address removed and them to stop calling me. they don't . they act like vultures and are rude on the phone. they supposedly have customer reviews and the website does not allow reviews. this is a most disturbing business model
