Has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. You get what you pay for they have the worst product. If you want something for show only than its probably fine but if you use their countertops you will need to replace them.Colonial Marble & Granite Response

I had quartzite countertops and a marble backsplash installed. The materials are beautiful. The installation poor. The countertop was roughly cut. They used the wrong grout connecting the counter with the backsplash and it crumbled almost immediately and looked terrible. There’s a section of counter where the quartzite didn’t have a clean cut and they tried to mask it with grout which then crumbled exposing the flaw. There was grout left on the backsplash that should have been wiped clean. The worker was messy and left grout everywhere- on the floor, the porch where he worked, the door and even the doorknob. I contacted the office several times and was told someone would call me to correct these details. Never happened. When you pay a lot of money you expect the job will be finished. I felt that they never finished the job.Review from Kim K

BEWARE. I am so sorry I used these guys . I spent alot of money for 2 marble tops, and they damaged the one in 2 places. I continue to get the run around and they don't care about resolution. I am seeking an attorney at this time. But I wanted to warn others. Do not use them. Go somewhere else. They don't care about customer satisfaction or service, nor do they obviously do quality workmanship. I would think that the folks they use to install would be more qualified than damaging expensive product they are selling. Also , i have yet to have my faucets and plumbing installed. My original install was 5-10-23, and now i'm dealing with this. My plumbing has yet to be installed . I'm brushing my teeth in my kitchen. Also i will note that when you call their "service department" all you get is a voicemail. I find it amazing that when you press "1" for sales, they immediately pick up. Awful, unprofessional. DO NOT USE COLONIAL MARBLE AND GRANITE I just had my marble installed and they cracked the faucet area. Came out to fix it - and now there is a new stain area that they have implied I caused. I am totally unsatisfied and paid a fortune for this, close to $9000. I would have gone to HOME DEPOT if I knew this is the service and quality I was getting. Totally unsatisfied and regret using them. Warning!!Review from Charles M

Met this company at Costco. Made an appointment for them to come to my home fir countertop job. 5 minutes before appointment, i get a cancellation notice that someone is not coming. Made another app. and afain, 10 minutes before app. Time I get notice for a cancellation again. I had to make special arrangements twice to meet with their guy and they cancelled at last minute. I will not deal with these people sgain.Review from Geo

I just had countertops installed paid for them through Home Depot in Harrisburg the person that did my template said faucet would be centered installers did not center I was told by both businesses that it was the way it’s going to be. Colonial Marble and Granite King of Prussia location, is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business. The granite was measured incorrectly, therefore installed ( after sanding) in an uneven way. The faucet hole wasn’t drilled where I asked and a faucet was installed so I couldn’t open the window above. The granite has bad flaws and I wasn’t offered a chance to pick a piece. They had my money and no concern with the customers dissatisfaction. I’m $1000 additional cost to fix this matter.Review from Karen S

Do not use this company. Worse customer service ever. The installers could star in a 3 stooges movie. We bought a countertop from them. When they came to install it they noticed one of the pieces had a crack in it. You would think they would have had someone notices that before they loaded it on the truck.Said we would have to wait a week for new piece. Returned the following week and when they went to install it noticed another crack in the back splash said we had to wait another week. They returned 9 days later installed the countertop and sink 15 minutes after they left the sink fell into my cabinet . They finally came back another week later fixed the sink. So it took one month to install what should have been a 2 hour job. Also I noticed that the cabinets shifted since they slid the quartz rather than laying it gently and now my dishwasher is stuck. Had to hire someone to get it out so we could repair it. I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY IF THEY WERE THE LAST GRANITE INSTALLERS ON EARTH. DO NOT USE THEM . I talked to the customer service department and so many others and they are nice on the phone but just yes you to death and do nothing. I really should get a full refund.Review from Joleene S.

If I could leave no stars I would. This has been absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Do not buy anything thing from this company if you expect good customer service. I purchased countertops and the day of scheduled install they realized, after the countertop was in my kitchen, that the tech who did the laser measurements measured incorrectly and then on top of that their shop didn't even cut the countertop to the lasered measurements. So mistake on top of mistake. This also happened right before Labor Day weekend. I was told they would not be able to come back and do the install until the Wednesday after Labor Day. Come to find out I am not even on the schedule for Wednesday. Not once through this whole ordeal has ANYONE from their service department called me to provide updates. Every single communication has been facilitated by me. At this point they cannot even tell me when they can install the countertops. This is going on a week, I have no functioning kitchen, no running water, no countertop, etc. They make you pay in-full prior to the install so they have my money and I have no leverage to get the product I paid for They absolutely do not care about their customers. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
