Ordered a set of windows in August of 2021. Paid 1/3. Never heard anything from company I had to call them in December 2021. Company stated they were having a hard time getting windows from manufacturer. Called again in April company stated they had windows & would install April 17. Was raining that day so the company cancelled. We had to call them back to get a rescheduled date. At that time it was going to be May. An install date was made supposed to be at my home at 9:30 a.m. 10: 30, no installers. So we called them stated where are you & Texted me with a set of windows damaged so they couldn't come & install windows. The Company stated they were having trouble with getting windows from the manufacturer in Duncansville PA. Couldn't guarantee an install date. Would probably be 2 weeks before they could get the windows. That was a month ago & naturally I called last week. Owner said they would call me Thurs or Fri (9, 10) . Never heard a thing from them so I called them today & told them i cant believe all the windows have been installed the last 10 months that ours is the only one you have had trouble getting. This company stated they would honor last years contract with us and last years price. Plus in May told us they would give us another 300.00 break. I believe strongly that they just want to wear us down & have no intention of honoring this promise. Their customer service is very poor. All we want is the windows installed that we ordered & seem to disappear or order is lost or window is broken. They give us 1 excuse after another.
