Ordered Mighty Thirsty Mop. They do not sell mop heads. If I want mop heads I have to purchase another mop. What a practice, what a scam, what a landfill waste.Review from Joyce O

These people claimed my card was declined and said I had NO order so my husband order with his card and they sent the nerve thing for his elderly friend. Then a month later my paypal shows reoccurring charges to this company and they stole my money from my credit card. I did NOT order anything especially reoccurring! They sent an email refusing to give me back my money. I do NOT want any product they have and have not ordered. I want these charges off my credit card! They have NO tracking number and I feel they are out right scammers! They took my money without my permission!Review from Rebecca D

I never submitted my order, but they charged me $51 for the Be Active Plus. I called and they said I could refuse the order but that I'd have to pay shipping to have it returned. This is for an item I never ordered! They refused to waive the charge so I called my credit card and submitted a fraudulent charge claim. SCAM!!!!Review from Nancy R

Ordered a pillow over a month ago. Have made several phone and email contact attempts to no avail. No response to my emails and some have been dropped because their address was not valid - almost impossible to contact them!Review from Kim R.

If I could give it a 0 star I would this company is horrible I tried to order a pillow as a gift and after 35 days they said they're still out of stock charged my bank account and put the money back in didn't offer me any kind of discount for the inconvenience nothing at all thank you at all and supposedly the manager they too I spoke to they did not care about the peopleReview from Kenneth L

I ordered 2 Campbell Cain’s from top dog direct. Only 1 was in working condition. I also ordered 2 tips for the cain’s because they were described as being traction tips. When I received my order I could see that the cain’s already came with traction tips so it was wrong of them to make it seem that the tips were different. Also the 2nd cain is stuck together so that it is impossible to adjust the cain for the user’s height. I called top dog direct at their customer service # and explained why I wanted to return the un-needed and un-working parts and asked where I should return them to. Instead of getting any answer they just hung up on me. The total cost of the second cain and the two extra tips is $55.89 USD. I would like to get a return merchandise number and an address to return the junk to. I would also like to get a refund of what I paid for the junk.Review from Robin R.

I tried to order 2 pillows from this company. I decided to use a different credit cart and went to edit my order, It would not allow me to edit my order, even though the site states you can. I got completely out of the site and started from scratch. It then made my new order double, would not allow me to edit it, and I did not confirm the order. I left the site. I then got a text alert that the double order was processed, even though I did not confirm the order. I feel this is total fraud. Be very careful!!!!Review from BARBARA

I ORDERED THE NUZZEL PILLOWS FROM THIS COMPANY. THE PILLOWS WAS 106.00 FOR 2 PILLOWS HUSBAND CANNOT USE DUE TO FUSHED BACK2 THREW 6. I CALLED THE COMPANY TO TELL THEM I NEEDED TO RETURN THE PILLOWS BUT THEY WANTED 80.00 TO RETURN 100.00 PILLOWS. I CALLED MULTIPAL TIMES AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS MY PROBLEM AND THAT THEY WILL NOT SEND ME A PRE-PAID LABLE FOR A RETURN OR I HAD TO KEEP THEM. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY RUDE. AS BAD AS TIMES ARE RIGHT NOW AND YOU CANT EVEN RECIEVE YOUR REFUND. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. BARBARA
