    This company was not able to produce a statement that showed payments. The best they could do was hand written notes, even though the software they use has this capability, doesn't ALL billing software? They were impatient listeners and "talked over" us for every conversation. All of the virtual visits were coded as in person, they missed a $200 payment, and lost a $480 check, which has not been recovered or returned. We had to do a two year review of our bank statements to provide them with evidence of our payments, and produced a spreadsheet which they said made no sense of, despite the fact that I have an accounting background. ******'s replies to the two complaints on file here are similar to a phone conversation with her - she denies any responsibility for anything, I presume she never makes errors. The most ungracious, low-rent experience I've had in a long time. You can't do accounting with crayons.

    We tried multiple times to speak with this patient regarding her balance. There were multiple half hour phone calls with the patient. She refused to listen to us, spoke over us and basically become very rude and condescending as you can see by her wording above. She received multiple professional statements that explained her account. We did write on one of those professional statements attempting to help her understand. It certainly wasn't done with crayons.... The provider graciously chose to waive all of the patient's cost due to her not understanding what she was getting. That was not good enough for her and she still continued to call and be demeaning and unprofessional with us. We did not lose a $480 check, the *********** did and she could not understand that. We never received that check that was mailed via the ***********, we have no control over lost mail.This patient's account was zeroed out per the providers instructions and we explained that to her to no avail. She was sent a zero balance statement to show that. Thank you.
