C and Z Construction provided the restoration services to my home damaged by a fire in 2019. Part of the restoration included the exterior of the house, and I paid C and Z extra money to do some work to my front and rear porches, part of the scope of that work included new rain gutters. The rain gutter on the back of the house does not properly drain, it is fastened to flimsy sheet metal and is not sloped toward the downspout. The weight of the water collecting in the gutter also cause the gutter to sag away from the downspout. I have attempted to contact C and Z many times, in writing, about this issue (and other issues pertaining to defective windows), beginning in October 20, 2020. Almost 14 months at this point. In most cases, nobody has responded. In two cases, people have responded and never followed up. The only time I got a meaningful response when when I left a bad ******** review. I was contacted immediately, and assured that this would be resolved, on October 1, 2021. A month and a half has passed, and absolutely no response or repair has been made. The water overflowing in the gutter is affecting and causing damage to both my property, and my neighbors' property, which I can be held responsible for. I have attempted to contact C and Z twice in the past 48 hours with no response, the water damage is continuing. They have also installed pieces of flooring that are too short, but the main concern I have is getting these gutters repaired or properly reinstalled or getting compensation so I can have another company do them properly.Business response

Dear *** *****:Thank you for your recent correspondence regarding a complaint filed by our customer ****** *****. In response, please note the following:
1. Mr. H******* did confirm that he spoke with *** ***** around 10/1/21. He has been in touch with *** ***** and the subcontractor to get the issue resolved. The subcontractor went silent on C&Z as Mr. H******* made many attempts to contact him to no avail. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to C&Z, our representative with the gutter system fell ill with COVID and had not returned to work yet. Mr. H******* found this out by contacting the owner of the gutter company after many failed attempts to reach the
representative.2. *** ***** did send Mr. H******* a message at 11:59am on Saturday 11/13/21. Mr. H******* responded at 12:22pm same day, asking when we could gain access to his home to address his window. We have had no response to date. (see attached photos).
3. Mr. H******* has reached out to *** ***** twice this week (11/17 & 11/18) to follow up on scheduling someone to come to *** *****'s home with no response.
If *** ***** was not made aware of any of the above, we apologize. We are doing our best to be accommodating to all our customers. *** ***** is welcome to contact our office at ******* **** or continue his communication with Mr. H*******. Either way we will do our best to address his issues.
We understand *** *****'s frustration in not getting this resolved sooner, but at this point we are waiting on him.Thank you
