My experience with their plumber wasn't very good. I had their plumber came to the house to replace a leaking water switch. Since plumber had trun off the water from outside the house with ***-wrench type tool and nobody else has it other than the water company. I was charged $675 for less than an hour of labor. I'm a senior citizen and $675 is a lot more than I make a week.Review from David K

The electrician, Efrain, was knowledgable, efficient, and courteous. He fixed the outside lighting problems on all three sides of my house, provided clear, understandable explanations for the work he was doing, and left me a legible summary. I only trust Lowery to do electrical work for my house. Prompt service. Skilled electricians. And no upselling.Review from Lauren T

Kyle came the night before Christmas Eve as the last call of the evening and was still super friendly and took his time to do a careful, thorough job replacing our hot water heater. We were so appreciative because it was late and an emergency call but he took his time to answer questions and make sure we were left in a good spot.Review from Al & Judy B

Contacted Lowry Services on Friday Dec 29,2023 because my HVAC. system would not turn on. Scheduled an appointment for the following day. I called them to ask why no one showed up and they told me I wasn’t on the schedule. They told me they would come out for emergency services for $200 plus dollars. Frustrated as any person would be I told them no I was willing to pay the $89 fee, which they replied then we can schedule you for Tuesday Jan 2,2024. Have I mentioned that this system hasn’t worked properly since being installed. I have an elderly mother and still wouldn’t come out.Review from John B

Not happy with lowery had 8 appointments 2 cancelled 6 plumbers at house nothing but problems every time they leave another problem comes up it was a 3000.00 dollar nightmare would not recommend them at all .guys were great but lack of knowledge not very good. Still waiting for manager to call
