Attended stop smoking seminar $49.95 02/26/2023. Purchase ******** vitamin pack $49.95 for 3 pack. Was charged $99 for vitamin pack which they don't mention that if you are on medications not to purchase the vitamins without consulting you physician first. I tried to get them to fix the $99 fee to the $49.95 amount and will return the product for the rest and now seeking the seminar fee of $49.95 back because this seminar does not work!!! Just want all my money back, they can have their stuff back. Really thinking about contacting the FTC and NH State attorneys about this scam if a company, so they cant have their next two events coming up in our state. Get us refunds and shut them down!!! Shame on them!

On October 18th 2022, I attended a Mark Patrick Seminar for weight loss at the ****** **** Suites in Warrenville, lL. I paid. 49.99 It was gauranteed for 1 year or my money back . My major complaint is: 1. the vitamins were to expire 11/22!! How can you even expect to get away with selling expired products? 2. At the menubar I told the presenter I was allergic to Chromium he stated in front of the other participants that they was very little Chromium in the product which I found out once I returned home was untrue and on top of that 2 of the 3 items had enough chromium to do me a lot of physical harm. I called the same night looking for an explanation and wanting a refund. when you dial the company number no one ever answered and I tried many times. I went to the web site and Jeff m asked for information. I sent him pictures of the expiring products, my receipt for $399.00 and told him when I went to put the cool of the order form in my purse he took it from me. I thought nothing of it since I did have my receipt . I have emailed this Jeff m at least 6 times each times he ask the same questions and I give him the same answers! I asked him to give me the contact number of someone who could help me and as of this writing he has not done so, preferring to keep going in agravating circles!. I also asked him to send me a return authorization form so I could send these worthless to me products back. I am as of this writing still waiting for that information. I will even pay to send this product back! I just want my money back. I feel scammed, disrespected and I just want my money back ($399.00 + $49.99 money spent for the seminar Hpnosis that isn't working). Lastly I have 18 bottles 6 of each item. Thank you

Registered for stop smoking seminar for Sept 7 at 5pm mt/ pacific , received my receipt. Never received link to join the seminar. Used there live chat trying to resolve the issue and get a link. Live chat person was uneducated and offered no help . Was told the link would be sent to my email before the time of start, never showed up . I believe this is a scam . They will simply take your money and you do not get anything for what you paid for . They should not be in business. Now Im seeing multiple complaints regarding this company .

I purchased two tickets to a weight loss seminar. One for myself and another for a relative. We went to a weight loss seminar. The seminar offered a money back guarantee for up to 1 year. We did not experience any positive results from the hypnosis and contacted them asking for a refund. They refunded ONLY ONE ticket. They asked for proof of purchased. I sent them proof of purchase, then they said they would refund. Sent a letter stating "please rest assured you will receive a refund." After 15 more emails and more than 6 months of time passed, they have not refunded the money. Company did not live up to their promise.

I registered for one of their "quit smoking" hypnosis seminars which they advertise as having a "1 year money back guarantee" that you can get a refund if it doesn't work. My daughter, *************************, helped me register online & used her credit card to pay for it for me. I attended the seminar, which was held on Feb 19, 2022 in Galesburg IL, but it did not work for me. Within a half hour I was craving a cigarette, and I was unable to quit smoking. A few weeks later, on or about April 4th 2022, my daughter (***********************) helped me fill out an online refund claim form with the Mark Patrick Seminars company. They still have never issued a refund. I am attaching 2 pdf files of emails from this company: one is confirmation of our purchase of the seminar ticket for $49.95, and the other is confirmation of them receiving my refund claim form and saying they would process the refund within 30 days. Ha, what a laugh and disappointment that they are NOT an honest business and won't honor their guarantee. Unless perhaps you can persuade them to.

I went to 2 different seminars to quit smoking. I was unsuccessful. I wrote requesting a refund, and they have ignored ignore requests. I still want to quit smoking, but they have no seminars in this state or Idaho coming up. I just want a refund now as they offer a full money refund.

Tho was the second time I’ve paid for the no smoking seminar. They guarantee results, or you can take the seminar again for free. The first time I reached out, and couldn’t get a response. The second time I tried to reach out, and got no response, after several attempts. They are not honoring their guarantee.

I am requesting $99.98 our money back for a quit smoking seminar hosted by Mark Patrick at Mark Patrick seminars LLC that me and my husband took on 3/13/22. I sent Mark Patrick Seminars LLC a letter on 3/29/22requesting our money back (49.99) each as the seminar did not help us at all. On the paperwork we signed states we can either attend future seminars in other towns free and states if we did not believe the seminar was satisfactory our money will be refunded as long as request was made within a year of the seminar (we attended the seminar on 3/13/22. The seminar did not help either of us and we want our money back as stated. we do not want to attend future sessions. we were also disapointed as 1/3 (one third) of the seminar was used to try to sell his expensive supplements in the middle of the seminar

I attended a Mark Patrick Seminar to stop smoking on January 11th, **************************** Charlotte, NC. During the seminar they push for you to purchase supplements by General Sciences that you will need to increase your chances to stop smoking. On the receipt it clearly states you have three days to cancel this purchase. On January 12, 2022 I researched the supplements and discovered they were manufactured by Mark Patrick Seminars. This fact was never disclosed to participants. I called on January 12, 2022 to cancel my order and they sent me a return order form. I returned the products and I have the tracking receipt from USPS. After two months of calls and emails they still have not issued a refund nor do I think they have any intention of it. They have now deleted all of their responses on the email chain. It appears they are running a scam. I would like my refund and an unfavorable review that will not be deleted.

The seminar I attended was in October of 2021. It was ok enough that I let myself be convinced to purchase the largest supplement package ($399). After realizing the supplements would not work for me, (LESS THAN A MONTH LATER) I contacted them about a refund of the unopened product. I followed the instructions. Tracking confirmation showed they received the package on Nov 17, 2021. Nearly March 2022 and still no refund. I reach out to them regularly and am basically told they are processing it... I call BS. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IS A JOKE. I CALL SCAM.I have sent them all of the supporting documents. Including the tracking and confirmation via email.
