Tobin ****** ******** Business provides road snow removal in my plan. Plowed snow (treated) has been dumped onto my property which contains salt/chemicals that can kill grass, trees and as well as shrubs. I do NOT have him plow my driveway as in the past the plow hit my garage doors. Thus, there is no reason for any snow to be deposited on my property. About a week ago, I emailed him and asked they refrain from doing so. I NEVER received a response. Just today, they plowed the excess snow near the curbs and pushed it into my yard near my tree and shrubs. This is snow from the road which has salt/chemicals in it. We have community property at both ends of my street where this could be deposited. I called and left a VM expressing my concerns and frustration.That was hours ago. They did dup some into the community areas. Why not all of it? And why into my yard after I specifically addressed this issue a week ago? I would like it removed before warmer temps melt this into the soil where i have grass, trees and shrubs causing possible future damage. Our temps are expected to reach into the 40's this week. Last winter he failed to treat our street (it was plowed but still snow covered) yet the other streets were treated to the point of just being wet. Each resident pays $400+ annually for road service along with $90 monthly for HOA dues. All streets should receive the same care/service. There is a fear of fallingwhen they are still snow covered. I also noticed that two lanes are not plowed which causes a possible collision potential on ********* ***which is on a hill and curve approaching ***** **** *** It is not wide enough to accommodate two vehicles in that area. This happened on more than one occasion. I have taken pictures and would appreciate your assistance in resolving the issue. Respectfully, ***** ** ******
