April 25, 2023 - Lancaster - Sight and Sound I am representing six (6) who is filing this complaint We are asking for a refund and here is why: I sent a letter to them on May 7, 2023 without a response. The bus driver didn't know how to get there and it too much longer to get there which messed up the whole day. My daughter got stuck in her seat belt and a lady got stuck in the restroom, they both required assistance. We were offered a restaurant to have lunch and it turned out to be the basement of a house. We arrived so late that we didn't get to finish our lunch and to top things off there were about 56 people on board and they only had one restroom, only when we were leaving did they offer the upstairs bathroom. They did family style which started a the end of a long table and by the time it got to us there wasn't much to pick from. We are now running late for the show, so late that we had to form a single line into the building because the performance started. No time to use the restroom of go to our assigned seats. Thinking that the driver with the assistance of the woman in charge would at least get us home knowing the way, no such luck. The driver pulled over on the Pennsylvania Turnpike and stopped and said we had to sit there until another driver showed up because his time ran out. Needless to say he was convinced to get us the a rest stop where another driver would take over. The bus rocked back and forth so much and he hit so many rumble strips that when we made our first stop we purchased Dramamine and Pepto Bismol. We told them that we would never do another trip with them.
