Watch this Service Master Team franchise, The are trying to get me to pay for material and services that have not been provided and threating me to send my account to collection even though I sent a letter explaining the services and material that was not provided. I asked for a contract and was told they would you mine insurance company estimate and it all went south when I called him out on the discrepancies. not to mention the disrespect and the time. Now there are trying to go back and back date documents that they said I had, which is another lie. Can't trust these people. I'm a single 64-year-old women and only needed paint, trim replaced and carpet in a 350 sq ft basement which they rec'd $4,950. in payment but now thinks the job is $7,100. Where do you people get off doing this. I was home the entire time work was being done in the house and half of what they put in their report after the fact was not done. You should be ashamed of yourself, and now I'm going to have to deal with going to court to prove my case. All this over $2,200 that you are trying to steal from me.
