5 starsThis is my 3rd time using Mt Pleasant Window. I used them 30 years ago for all new windows in my old house. In 2021 I used them for a bay window. And they just completed replacing all the remaining windows and sliding glass door my house. This is a great company with great employees and products. They go above and beyond. 1 starThis company did a Luxury Bath in our condo in July, of 2021, which cost us $10,383.00. It looked very nice, but after some useit now is impossible to clean and so much mold. We had to have it re-caulked. In July of 2023 we wrote the company (Mt. Pleasant Remodeling) a letter stating the condition of this shower. They told us that the warranty is over. I have a copy of the warranty, and it says us that it is a lifetime warranty. Now, we have had to hire a new contractor to tear out this shower and have it replaced, which is going to cost another $5,000!!!!!! Mt. Pleasant **************************************************** did a phenomenal job with our unusual corner shower. We thought the entire shower would need to be gutted. The surrounding plaster walls were untouched and we got a beautiful new shower. *** and ******* did a great job!

I HAD 2 WINDOW PANES REPLACED AFTER 13 YEARS. THEY ARE SO GOOD WITH REPLACEMENTS. THEY ARE THE ONLY WINDOWS NEEDED REPLACED AFTER ALL THIS TIME. ******* IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGABLE IN HIS WORK. THE WINDOWS ARE BEAUTIFUL AND REINSERTED WELL. HE CERTAINLY KNOWS HIS BUSINESS! ***** IS SO NICE AND PLEASANT ON THE ***** AND PROFICIENT IN HER WORK. 5 starsI had a kitchen door installed on January 15th. It was bitter cold and *** and his daughter did a wonderful job with the installation of the ProVia door. The old door was original, when the house was built 50 years ago. I highly recommend this company because they have replaced every window in my home over the years! 5 starsMy crew of ***/ ******? **** arrived at the predetermined time, protected all of my flooring with drop clothes and plastic and went right to work. I had three old single pane aluminum frame basement windows replaced with glass block ventilated windows. The crew was done in 2 hours. The job looks great, they cleaned up inside and outside very well. Easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company for windows ********Review fromMark k

5 starsMy experience was very positive. There was no sales pressure to buy or spend more than I wanted too. The installation staff was professional and cleaned and removed all waste. My new doors are beautiful and add value to my home.
