Famous Smoke Shop CONTINUES to send me unsolicited marketing materials such as flyers and catalogs via the US Postal Service. I requested to OPT-OUT OF ALL COMMUNICATIONS several times and ALL OF MY REQUESTS HAVE BEEN IGNORD.Initial Complaint

I placed and order, order was supposed be delivered by *** signature require; *** showed order as delivered to a person that doesn’t exist, I contacted Famous smoke shop to tell them about my missing package; Famous smoke shop asked me to file a missing package complaint to *** and I did that, took *** almost 2 weeks to complete investigation, *** determined that package was lost on their custody and advised me to contact sender - Famous smoke shop. After weeks of calling Famous smoke shop and *** and not having the merchandise that I paid for it, Famous smoke shop employee Angie asked me to file a dispute with my bank; to get my money back, that’s should be the way to handled when Famous Smoke Shop it’s getting their money from ***. I wasted 3 weeks and paid for items that didn’t received. Bad way to handle a situation like this. Package was required to have signature, in cases like this Famous Smoke shop should have required not only signature but driver’s license to the person receiving; every other company I had order Wine or cigars delivered to my address, I have always showed my driver’s licenseBusiness response

I bought 2 boxes of *** black cherry cigars and paid $40.09 altogether. These cigars didn't have no taste, tasted of methamphetamine and made me very sick. Called this company numerous times and am still awaiting a refund back onto my original payment method. I want a full refund for this issue. Bit the company would only give me $25 back but instead of giving me a refund onto my original payment method.... they put it as a credit on my account in which I am not going to buy anything off this company ever again once I get my $40.09 back coz I had a bad experience with their cigars....
