The dental office I was with just kept screwing up our billing. They lost the primary insurance and kept trying to charge the secondary insurance on my daughter. We told them something was wrong with the billing multiple times, then come to find out after we gave the primary insurance twice, they then we’re trying to charge all of the Services to one of my other children, instead of my step daughter who is the one that received the sealants, cleaning etc. etc. Mind you the daughter they were charging had already had other services so natural the insurance did not want to pay for this. So by the time we got them to review everything and came to the realization that they messed up again, I said well now it’s too late to charge the insurance company. That is not my problem, so then they went and gave it to a collections Group known as Keystone law LLC. We explain the situation to Keystone and they said they would look into it, they came back with a bill that didn’t tell the entire truth and left off the part where no we did a temp to rectify the situation properly with the dental company, who continued to mess up the billing. Instead of even letting me talk The guy just started talking over me and yelling at me. I told him either let me finish what I was trying to explain to you or this conversation or a just kept yelling at me then told me that he would let me talk, I start a talk he started yelling at me again and then he said I can hang up whenever I want. Literally the least professional thing you could’ve done and it’s harassment when you do that.

I received a call at 8:22 AM this morning, the caller didn't identify himself and want they wanted. This is the second time I received a call from this phone number at this time. When asked you question the gentleman on the other end there was no reply and they hung up.

Debt was paid I asked for a letter to say the debt was satisfied! Was told the letter was emailed and faxed still nothing now I’ve been calling for over a week and can’t get through to anyone! I reached out to the company that the debt was place through they said they still have no record of being paid
