My Statement goes as follows. On or about 3/20/21 a conversation took place between Andy G******** and myself regarding the repair work that was done incorrectly by there collision center in which I paid for. During that conversation she mentioned I would need to replace my battery soon which had nothing to do with my collision concern at that time so I did declined that repair as it had nothing to do with what we were addressing at that time. I mentioned to her that there was no indication that there was a need to replace the battery because there was no icons or anything in alert.I did take the car into the dealership to try to detect minor faults that I had noticed which was the proper thing to do in concern. But on numerous occasions the dealership was unable to detect any maul functions at the time of service. So moving forward the battery was replaced with just a suggestion of opinion from Andy the manager. Without duplicating an issue how would you know to replace a battery? After the replacement I have been having nothing but constant issues which I sent attached photos to support my case.I have never experienced no electrical issue on for before the replacement of the battery which I never knew I needed. The dealership should be responsible for doing a repair without duplicating the issue but only going by assumption of opinion shame on them.I had oil changes from the dealership the last one was in march 2022 and I’m constantly having to add courts of oil in and I did bring it to the dealerships attention and they told me it was completely normal to have to add them after a complete oil change per Michael the assistant manager. After the completion of the oil change I been having white smoke pump out of the tail pipe which can smoke out a hole street block Dennis K**** the manager told me this was normal for white smoke to come out of the pipe windows are constantly rolling down on there own.my computer screen keeps turning black as of 8/6/22 my battery lig

This mail is regarding a 2014 **** ** purchased from Thompson BMW by Evan C*****; delivery taken 6/24/22. After both **** ** ********** and Thompson BMW failed to diagnose the issue (although both businesses acknowledged that there was in fact an issue) the car was taken to ****** **** **** in Cherry Hill, NJ to be properly diagnosed. The cost for diagnosis was paid by Evan C*****. Attached is the service report and bill for service recommended by **** ***. It should be noted that I have driven approximately 80 miles round trip to and from Thompson BMW 4 times accruing unnecessary mileage on the vehicle during the warranty period. Shortly after purchasing the aforementioned **** **, I noticed a loud noise seemingly emanating from the transmission of the car, accompanied by rough shifting and operation of the car. I promptly reached out to Thompson BMW advising of the issue and scheduling a service appointment. Thompson BMW service technicians were unable to determine the source of an abnormal noise and function associated with the transmission. After acknowledging that the transmission was not behaving normally, Thompson sent the car to **** ** **********- presumably to assess and diagnose the issue ( as they were unwilling or ill equipped to do so) At the request of Thompson BMW service advisor Matt T*******, I personally delivered the vehicle to **** ** ********** to replicate the abnormal condition for the foreman. Upon replicating the noise, the foreman acknowledged improper function of the transmission, conveyed that he had never experienced this issue, and contacted **** engineers. It was relayed to me that the transmission ( **** ***** *** ******** ****]) is not serviceable and that a new replacement unit would need to be sourced. Thompson BMW now refuses to honor the legally binding warranty and is unwilling to repair the documented issue.
