              Called to have a clogged toilet cleared. Plumber went in the basement first and told us we needed to replace the pressure tank on our water heater. Not what we called for. Clog was resolved after the toilet was removed. Plumber never checked the shut off valve which was leaking and now has caused water damage in our kitchen. Was still charged full price for repair and still will be out of pocket for the kitchen damage. Overpriced and irresponsible!

              Ardit serviced my gas heater this afternoon . He was friendly, knowledgeable, made recommendations which I am considering. Left the area clean when the work was completed. Thank you Ardit for a professional job.
