We had hardwood flooring installed in our new house October 2021, In April 2022 we noticed the flooring splintering and cracking in several different places. Contacted ******* on 5/9/22 of the problem and she sent ***** out to look at it and he stated that the problem might be caused by my wheelchair and they would get back to me. Received a call back a month later that the manufacturer does not cover the problem. I asked to talk to ******* who sold us the floor and never received a call back. I called Kaloni 4 times in July, left messages and never received a call back. Finally sent out ****** out on 8/2/22 and he thought the floor should not be splitting and will get together with ******* and call back, I never received a call. I have called ******* 4 times in August leaving a message and have not received any calls back.Business response
