Contacted Fitch yesterday because the ac was not work***. Zelle was sent out. We have 2 units. He checked both and claimed that they only th*** wrong was dirty filters in each. Which he cleaned. Then he decided to put more freon in the downstairs unit. Today it was not work*** again. They sent him out again. Turns out he over filled the freon and the circuit tripped and turned the unit off. To fix his mistake he had to drain everyth*** and refill the tank from scratch. Then he looked at the other unit again and decided the capacitor was not work*** (which he supposedly checked yesterday and claimed was fine). He put in a new capacitor from his truck and then said that one does not work either and that he could not get another today. I had said to him yesterday that I did not think it was work*** correctly but he brushed me off. When I pointed out to him that he was here today because he overfilled the freon in the downstairs unit and did not listen to me on the upstairs unit he told me that he would not be spoken to in that way by a women. He said that women were not allowed to disrespect him or question him. He told me he would "f-*** speak to me any way he liked" and that I was not to speak to him. Very classy people work*** here! One step up from the Taliban they way they treat women! In they meantime the ac is still not work*** upstairs and the company is supposedly send*** they misogynist out again tomorrow as long as I do not speak in his presence in my own home.

This woman's father has been our customer for 20 years. Since his daughter moved in with him she has been insulting and demeaning to my technicians on numerous occasions. In 2019 she called my plumber, **, STUPID because he did not know everything about her thermostat. The technician she is accusing of cursing out her, has all 5 star reviews from customers, inspectors and zoning officers in our area. He is a kind a respectful person who refers to everyone as sir and mam. I have 14 pages of 5 star reviews where you can see his name referenced throughout. He admits that he told her he would not let her speak to him the way she was speaking to him and would only deal with her father. He did not use the * word with her. I told her father on 2 occasions over the past 5 years that I am not going to subject my technicians to her abuse and his response was ignore her. This technician went to help the elderly owner of the home get his air conditioning and was demeaned and belittled by this woman. She flew off the handle when he told her the capacitor he had on the van wouldn't work and the supply houses were closed, and that he would have to come back in the morning.I personally called her father and told him I sent the technician there against my better judgement because we always have a problem with his daughter. I told her father that 2 of my technicians who are plumbers refuse to go back to his house because the daughter is so disrespectful and demeaning toward them. (Including ** who she called Stupid in 2019) He said "don't worry, ignore her, I own the home. We need this fixed, I need him back here in the morning."Neither the daughter nor the father ever called me to talk to me about this alleged incident. Again, the owner of the home, this woman's father has been a customer since 2007. No one called me. In fact, I called them after I spoke to me technician. Instead, this woman immediately went to SOCIAL MEDIA to bash the technician and my company. At the same time, they still expected us to come back the next morning. Do we now live in a world where plumbers and air conditioning technicians need to wear body cameras like police? To compare my company to the Taliban is liable and slander. I am a good person. I have a mother, a sister and wife whom I treat with respect. If there was a problem with my technician, the customer could have called me but is now on a mission to destroy my reputation and the technician's reputation. This technician, is a good person who refers to everyone as sir and mam. He is a husband and a father. I have 14 pages of 5 star reviews from several social media platforms including ****** and *acebook where you see his name highlighted as kind and respectful, Even after all of this allegedly took place, the father insisted we come back the next morning. I stood my ground and asked how could you expect us to come back when your daughter is going all over ************ bashing our company. ********************** response was that his daughter has a temper and he is not going to get involved. I said ******************** so you are saying even you have a problem with her temper but it's ok for my technician to not defend himself? This complaint is unfair and I fear is only going to continue to escalate based on the history of this person. So we try to do the right thing and help an elderly customer get air conditioning only to be labeled Taliban and misogynists? When do the rights of my company and my technicians come into play? Where can I upload the 14 pages of historic 5 star reviews to your site?
