I spoke with ****** ******* she advised that she was the credit reporting manager she advised me on 9:7:20 that I had a 30 day late; this late was due to unauthorized charges. The credit reporting agencies are reporting 1-30 day in November and 1 60 day in December. Here is the breakdown that me and the Visa card company had regarding the issue. Unauthorized charges credited. $9.99 late fee charged bringing the account to $20.22. 3 credit- 09/07, 09/25 , 10/25 $9.99 USX/Visa Charged me a late fee on unauthorized charges that were credited back to me. In addition, I was reported late to the credit bureau , the unauthorized charge of $9.99 caused the account to have a balance. After the credits were reimbursed as unauthorized, the late fee still remained on the account causing it to show as late. Had the unauthorized charge never been charged to this account no late fee would have applied. The $50 was a membership fee charged 11/8, that was due in December. Payment made December 17. I was never made aware of a membership fee associated with this card but that is an entirely different issue in this case. Visa Case#: CW9ZADN., I keep trying to get a resolution- USX sends me to Visa sends me to USX. Visa advised they have escalated the matter AGAIN. Kristi from USX hung up on me after she explained that she didn’t care if I kept disputing it she was going to keep reporting the information. I had the call on my car phone when she called so everyone in the car heard the conversation with this bank rep. I do not understand why I have to be the middle man between USX and Visa- I continually get the run around and I just want the issue resolved. In addition, after the disputes and many inquiries regarding my statements and cards I received my new card late January to the correct address.Business response

I am writing to respond to the aforementioned complaint, ID #*********
Complainant indicates that USX Federal Credit Union (USX) is reporting derogatory credit information incorrectly and that she was unaware of the annual membership fee associated with her USX credit card.
Complainant indicates that unauthorized charges on her USX credit card are the reason for the credit card delinquencies. However, complainant had a balance over and above the alleged unauthorized charges, therefore the unauthorized charges were not the sole reason for the delinquency. The delinquent reporting is correct and will remain.
Complainant also indicates that she was unaware of the $50 annual fee associated with the credit card. This fee was disclosed to the complainant in her initial disclosure packet sent to her on 11/10/2016. The member has been charged this fee every year since she obtained the card in 2016,

Today, 8/10/21, I received a verbal denial( from Holly) of an auto loan from USX Credit Union, located in Cranberry, PA, stating the reason was because I live out- of- town, after receiving a verbal approval from Holly stating that my credit score was 694 and my income of 70K qualified me for a rate of 5.56% When I joined the USX Credit Union, it was explained to me that once a member, always a member and there weren't any conditions on residence location nor were there any conditions/stipulations on approval/access to services offered by USX. I believe I am a subject of predatory lending, unfair credit practices exercised by USX and race and age discrimination. I am requesting this complaint officially go on record against USX Credit Union AND I am requesting the help and assistance from BBB on this matter. I am writing to respond to the aforementioned complaint, ID #1********
Complainant indicates that she would like USX Federal Credit Union (USX) to reconsider its decision to deny her loan request.
Complainant's Statement of the Problem contains numerous inaccuracies. The credit score, the loan rate, and the reason for the declination are all incorrect. Member indicates the reason for the declination was due to the fact that she lives out of state. Our systemic records indicate the complainant still resides locally in the Pittsburgh area. The Adverse Action Notice stating the reason for the declination was mailed to the complainant on 8/11/21. The loan decision will not be reversed.
I can provide documentation for the above statements at your request, should you require this information.
