Plumbing repair of line from home to road. Repair was complicated. There was damage to property. This happened in January 2022. I received a bill about a month after the repairs were made. I called the company about the damage to the property and the condition the property was left. Eric came to my property, have a landscaper come, and agreed to fix the damage and fill in the holes left in yard. After several phone calls from me to them we settled on the date of Friday April 1, 2022. I want to be home when they are on my property. They came March 31, 2022 with no call or question if changing the date was ok. I called them and said I am not home please come back tomorrow when I am there. No one has showed up to my home or called me. Damage includes, 1 retaining wall 1 brick wall in rear of property 1 sewer line Hole in siding Missing brick from sidewalk Missing landscaping stones Broken solar pathway light To medium size holes never filled in properly. The work was done on my rental property *** **** ****** ** *****. The damage includes that property, **** ******** **** ******* ** and the neighboring property, **** ******** ***. We are all connected living very close to each other.

Ms. ******'s initial call was on Saturday January 15, 2022 concerning her water service line froze (21 degrees) and broke and was without water since January 14, 2022. She decided to wait until Tuesday, January 18th to begin work (28 degrees). Customer did not want us on property without her presents. We made a temporary repair to get the water back on. Returned on January 20th to finish repair and attempt to backfill. The ground was frozen and difficult. Returned on 21st to complete backfilling the ditch. Again ground frozen but ditch was filled in. Informed her that once the weather broke we will be back to complete the cleanup. March 15th, 2022 customer called to find out when we would be back for cleanup. At this time we scheduled for April 1, due to the weather. We attempted on March 31st but she would not allow us on property unless she was there. The weather forecast for April 1 was rain. We rescheduled for April 14th, 2022.

      Sincerely, Traci G*****

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

It has been 7 days since the last appointment.  They did not show and have not reached out to me to let me know they were not coming, or to reschedule.  The letter states that the ground was too frozen to repair/put back.  I do not understand how they were able to hand dig my ground if it was too frozen to level back out.  I do not accept the hand dig charge on the bill.  The statements do not align.

      Regards,

      ****** ******
