We purchased a recliner in October 2020. We did not get it until March 2021. Recliner material ripped when I reclined. Salesman came over in May to look at recliner. He said he would repair it. I contacted him 3 or 4 times. To date he has done nothing. We would like this resolved ASAP. We have been very patient. We paid almost $800 for a new chair and the store owner admitted that the chair was not assembled properly. We agreed that he could have it repaired since right now the damaged material is not visible but we keep getting put off. We want the chair repaired or replaced or our money refunded. Note: This is same company but this location is *************************************** Newtown Square, PA ************.
