BWS was AWESOME!! They did a partial system and wall pins in my home and I've had NO WATER to date! Highly Recommend them!!

Please stay away from this company, once they cash your check they won’t keep their promises. They did a French drain in our basement and they did the discharge my husband told them that it wouldn’t work so we were told by the salesman and the foreman on the job that if we were not happy they would come back and fix it to our satisfaction, well, once I called them to fix the problem they wanted to charge us an exorbitant amount of money to fix it, and once I told them that the salesman told us that they would fix it, I was told that the salesman would contact us to resolve the problem, well 2 months have gone by and nothing. Please make sure to do your research and don’t be taken by them like we did. Very unprofessional, dishonest and rude people.

Recently BWS came out to correct some water issues in one of our medial buildings. They were great to deal with from the beginning. When they arrived onsite everything was explained to me and they went over the work that was done in the end. I am pleased with the work and the professionalism. If we have any water issues in the future I will again be calling BWS to assist. Beckie @ Advanced Vein & Laser Center

Our Northeast Philadelphia based clubhouse had been plagued with water flooding and most recently mold build up. I, as representative, called them and both Bill & Mike came out within 2 days time to assess the damage and problems. We have an outside stairwell and this was the cause of the flooding problem as water did not run off or away from the building. Their crew led by Yacques, did the work (broke up and removed mold infested dry wall and concrete). The initial end result was to have the inside and outside sump pumps properly constructed and installed, with an exit for the water to run off away from the building. After the work and pumps were installed, Mike came back out to inspect and found problems still needing to be resolved. Justin then came out 2 days later and finished the wiring and dry wall problems found and tested both sump pumps and made sure the water ran off into the adjoining parking lot away from the building. That was Wednesday mid morning. Later that afternoon an awful storm hit the Northeast with torrential rains and potential flooding. The next day (Friday), I checked our clubhouse, and the outside and inside were both dry, which I haven't seen for years. We also purchased a dehumidifier and electric backup generator. The next day, Saturday, Mike came out to do a final inspection, and both he and I were satisfied. Yes, this was an expensive job, and it took 2 days to finish it. And my club members and I are very very grateful for the time, professionalism, and work they did. By the way, all work done comes with a Lifetime warranty. We couldn't ask for anything more. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had an outdoor sump installed and the workmanship was terrible. They installed the sump pit in the wrong location and now the pump will not reach an outlet, nothing was done to code. I have an indoor sump pump installed outside with the cord just laying in the grass. They left my yard a mess, had rocks all over were they worked. I reached out to Bill before writing this review and received no satisfactory solution. This company is quick to take you money but is terrible in the work they do and customer relations. After all that, what I am the most upset about is the worked they performed did not even fix my water issue. they charged me for a pump and pit when all I needed was a french drain along my foundation wall.

This company came to my home to observe and offer ideas to solve a ponding/pooling issue on the outside/next to my home. The planner (Dane) who came out was very knowledgeable on this issue of how to re-locate the water away from my home even though the landscape was flat. It was a lot of digging, installing multiple drains and a 50ft main drain pipe into a dry well. They had to go under my sidewalk twice! An additional 25ft exit pipe from the dry well to a pop up outlet. After a few heavy rains I am happy to say this problem no longer exist.
