We purchased a used vehicle from Maserati of Wilmington Pike in December 2022. We were advised by our salesperson, *****, that the brakes, rotors, and tires were being replaced before we drove it off the lot. We took the vehicle for service on January 24, 2023, due to a check engine light issue that continues to happen, and the service manager advised the brakes needed replacing. The dealership did not do their due diligence before selling this used vehicle and are now committing fraud by advising the brakes were replaced before we purchased.Initial Complaint

Purchased car 19 Aug. Temp tags expired. Called several times and told they will be coming. Cannot drive my one and only car for three weeks. Also told car came with navigation but chip removed by previous owner. Told they would get me the chip but it has not been honored. I am getting run around every time I call and no call backs from dealer.Initial Complaint

I am an out-of-state buyer and resident who purchased a car over two months ago from this dealership, but the dealership has still not provided proof of title or registration. I can no longer drive the car because my temporary plates have expired. I have been inquiring with this dealership for weeks asking about the status of the title and their submission of the paperwork to the Registry of Motor Vehicles. Despite me asking via email many times the dealership has still never provided, among other things, 1) a copy of the paperwork submitted; 2) written verification the title has been obtained with my bank as lienholder; 3) dates of paperwork submission; or 4) any other relevant information. Based on many other complaints on ******** and ******* this appears to be a common scheme for this dealership as others have gone 5+ months before receiving license plates as a result of this dealership's failure to timely submit paperwork, possess a clear title at time of sale, or both.Initial Complaint

THE WORSE DEALERSHIP EVER. MY HUSBAND AND I BOUGHT A 2017 MASERATI ****** *** ON APRIL, 30,2021 . WE PUT DOWN 10,000 CASH AS A DOWN PAYMENT AND TRADED IN OUR CAR WHICH THEY GAVE US 3,000 FOR. IT IS NOW 07/02/2021 AND WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR PLATES & REGISTRATION YET. THEY KEEP GIVING US THE RUN AROUND AND KEEP SAYING THAT IT'S NOT THEIR FAULT AND IT'S THE DMV FAULT. AT THIS POINT WE ARE FRUSTRATED AND WE DON'T EVEN WANT THE CAR ANYMORE. THEY RAN MY HUSBAND CREDIT AND IT IS NOT EVEN SHOWING UP ON HIS CREDIT REPORT. WE EVEN CALLED **** **** AND ALL THEY SAID IS THEY DO NOT KNOW WHY IT IS NOT SHOWING UP ON HIS CREDIT REPORT. THE SALES PERSON ***** IS NO HELP AT ALL. I HAVE BEEN SPEAKING WITH *** THE MANAGER AND ALL HE KEEP SAYING IS "WERE DOING EVERYTHING WE CAN". NOW WE ARE DRIVING AROUND WITH EXPIRED TEMP PLATES. THEY WILL NOT EVEN ISSUE US NEW TEMP PLATES. I WOULD LOVE FOR THIS ISSUE TO BE RESOLVED AND TAKEN SERIOUSLY. THE CAR ALSO HAD PROBLEMS WHICH HAD TO BE FIXED HERE IN NY
