Mr Magic Car Wash…….Buyer beware. I signed up for what I believed was a month of unlimited washes but they actually automatically renew it every month and the fees were being charged to my credit card. I learned this yesterday when going to sign up for another month of unlimited washes that they had been charging me for many months. I was advised by ****** in customer service that their machine would have advised me of the auto renewal policy but when I signed up I gave my credit card to one their workers who setup the service without me being able to see anything on their machine. Customer service showed no empathy, wasn’t interested in coming to a comprise with me or keeping me as a customer in the future. I am disappointed in their business tactics which I believe are shady and unethical.

The agent at the Carwash told me I could get one month of carwashes for a given fee. He did NOT tell me that this would continue indefinitely unless I called the business number and cancelled. I was in ******* for 5 weeks and did not know I was paying for unlimited carwashes when I was not even in **********, When I found out how this actually works, I called and cancelled, but they gave me no credit for the 5 weeks I had paid and gotten no service.Review from Ja R

I will NEVER wash my car here again. When we were inside, we were in an accident. The owner/franchisee was very rude and unhelpful. He would not even provide the corporate number which I found online.Review from Jim M

I just went to Mister Magic on Castle Shannon Blvd. I found out that it has been sold to an investment group.. I was a loyal customer & I purchased a FAST PASS before it was sold "THE WORKS". I paid over $500.00 for 50 washes which included everything. This also meant TIRE SHINE..... I now was told by "The MANAGER" that I no longer get tire shine, Which is why I bought the package. He said that I'm lucky they even honor my card at all & my money went to the previous owners so I should be glad I'm getting anything at all. I think the current owners should honor the WORKS Fast Passes as sold. Don't you think it is good will toward loyal customers that I will also buy more car washes in the future. I only own 5 cars. Not very happy about it & the way I was treated. I'll bet I am not the only one, & might have to look elsewhere for a car wash outside the "STEEL CITY WASH LLC" umbrella.
