On 11/18/2022 I paid Chic Hair Designs to have their stylist Colton O*********** install hair extensions. I later found out from the manufacturer of the hair company that they were installed improperly which called catastrophic damage. The salon owner, Michael O**************, refused to refund me due to a truthful negative social media post and called threatening/harassing me that I'd no longer get a refund.Business response

Hi mike o******* from chic hair designs. 44 years with a perfect reputation . Colton installed used hair extentions this girl brought in that she got from a girlfriend. Colton installed them she liked them and tipped him as well. A few days later colton got the flu and was off from work. she was contacting through social media and he did not respond due to being sick. so she went somewhere else to have them removed. and of course they bad mouthed my salon wanting her business.. when she called the salon I talked to her and my policy has always to make the client happy. she wanted her money back and I said no problem. within an hour later she was on social media bad mouthing me and my staff. I called her back and said I heard and saw her blog about our salon and sorry no refund. she screamed at me without me getting a word in and i hung up on her. She is an influencer and has thousands of followers. the real question here what the other salon did when removing her hair extensions. they could have damaged her hair taking them out improperly. I send her a cease and desist order from my attorney to stop all her public defamation about chic hair designs. Currently our legal staff will work it out. thank youBusiness response

I’d like the complaint closed out. At this time my lawyer will be handling everything moving forward considering I’ve given Michael O******* multiple pieces of evidence.
