In November and December of this year, I repeatedly requested my family's medical records from the business. At a minimum, I requested them by phone 3 times, by voice mail, by email 4 times. I did not receive my medical records. I did not receive a reply to my voice or email messages either. I reminded the business in writing about ************ Medical Records Act Title 35 P.S. Health and Safety, Chapter 4, Medical Records, specifically Section **** and about my plan to involve the BBB should they continue to ignore my multiple requests. My reminder was ignored like the rest of my requests. 4 days after the reminder, I left the voicemail message - while the business says in the voicemail message that customers will hear back within 48 hours, I never heard back.Business response
