On June 15th 11:00 pm central time we received a phone call from our apartment telling us that our apartment at ***** ****** was flooded. MDL restoration packed up everything in our apartment. When we returned home on June 29th, the apartment was still being worked on. MDL returned items on the 30th of June. We started to unpack the items that we were able to put away. I had noticed items missing and damaged. On July 27, 2021 ****** came to pick up broken items, which included ****** classic collection collectibles,a lucite menorah, and a figurine. I was told the next day I would get a call and a check would be cut to cover the damage. I gave them pictures and replacement value as requested. I have been calling every day, and no one has the decency to return a call to let us know what is going on. We also have clothing items that are missing, which they said they would check with the cleanersBusiness response

The customer has withdrawn the complaint on 8/22/21. She sent an email to [email protected]. Please see the attached email.
