      My car was repossessed by Giannone Services. I have been trying to contact them for the last week via phone to inquire about storage fees with zero effort made by anyone to contact me back with the requested information. I even tried emailing them requesting information regarding storage fees. A reply was sent back to me stating that they don't accept emails from debtors for scheduling appointments. I'm trying to get my vehicle back and have been unsuccessful in getting the information I need to make this happen. Seems to me like this company feels we are the BAD people and that they can not and will not be held responsible for anything, including causing someone to lose their vehicle to an auction because of failed CUSTOMER SERVICE. I really hope this complaint changes the companies views on customer service.

      On Sunday July 13, 2025, I found out that my car was towed by Giannone Company. I was parked in the parking lot of my apartment building ********************************. I was towed because my inspection date stick was out of date. It is out of date because when I took my car to get inspected at Pepboys in ***** (in May), they had to fix the engine and told me to drive it until the engine light went off. I received no warning or citation from Giannone Company, and it felt like my car was stolen. Their impound lot is all the way in ************, ** (***** minutes away from the apartment). I had called *** to help tow my car out of the lot since Giannone Company wouldn't allow me to drive my car. Giannone asked the AAA driver for his license, registration, and insurance, and the AAA driver had an expired driver's license and was not allowed to tow my car out. Because of this, the employee at Giannone stated he could tow the car (5ft out of the lot) for AAA to tow it, which cost $100 (cash only). I had to pay an additional $500 to get the car out of the lot (also only cash). I also had to pay AAA $75 to tow my car to the Pepboys in *****. I understand my inspection sticker was out of date, but it was in the process of being up to date, and this issue could have been resolved if they had communicated with me.

      Hello. My car was repossessed and I have done everything I need to do. And the company isnt allowing me to get car during normal business. They are saying I have wait till Monday and they want me to charge me fees for holding my car over the weekend. When Im able and willing to pick my car up today to avoid these. They are open from 10am to 4pm Monday through Friday. The woman on the phone is very rude and has bad customer service. I am a single mom of 2 girls and need my car. I didnt everything besides pay them the money for the tow and the storage of my car since February 8th when they came and took my car at 4 am. I called yesterday and Im going to be calling today.

      My car was repossesed and I came to pick it up today. The car was towed off the lot and wouldn't turn over. It is still parked on the side of the road as it wont turn on and upon checking it the car said low oil. I put in a quart of oil and it completely came out of the side of the car underneath it. The car was towed by Gianonnes who caused the damage. Sensible auto can confirm via GPS that the car was used fine up to the date of towing. When I asked Gianonnes what to do they said its my problem. They make you sign inspection documents without even allowing you to inspect the condition of the vehicle and claim that it is due to no one being allowed on their lot. I expect them to cover the damages they caused during the tow.

      Car was repossessed by this company, their fee is going to cost over 400 and do not offer same day pick up. So that will be another day of lost pay. Accessed my vehicle from my neighbors driveway drove across the shared property and did some damage to the grass.
