      We bought a SSR Bison 400U side by side from Leisure time Honda East Columbus Ave. Corry Pa 16407 We have had nothing but trouble with it. It has spent most of the time in the shop. They don't seam to be able to fix it. Most of the time it won't start. It is hard to put in gear and park. They actually insinuated that it's because we bought a cheaper model. $13,000 is cheap to them but not to me. They have had it the biggest part of the last two and a half months. I think we should get a replacement for it because the are unable to fix it. I also bought an etended warranty.They have not bothered to call us about it. Our side by side only has 33 miles on it in one whole year. We need help.dealing with them and having this manner resolved.

      I sent you an email about the SSR 400U side by side we bought from Leisure Time Honda in Corry Pa. I don't have a case number yet. I wanted to add some information to my complaint. Our machine has been there for weeks again, with not even a phone call from them. I called and asked what they have done about it and they put their supervisor on. The supervisor asked me to hold while she went out to look at it. She then tells me that they were having problems starting it but every time the mechanics looked at it , they had no problem starting it. So she decided the reason the mechanics could start it because (THEY REAR HEAVY STEEL TOED BOOTS). The last time it was there they said the brake needed adjusted now they say their going to send for a brake sensor. Even though it's sat up there for weeks without them doing anything. I know that I said they should be given A new side by side with the extended warranty I paid for. We would still settle for that but at this point I would rather have our money back so that we could get one from some place else.       Leisure time put a new timing chain and tensioner on my side by side, all parts purchased at their store and work done at their store. 64 miles later my side by side won't start, we brought it back to Leisure time and they tell me my timing "belt" which was an actual chain not a belt, they didn't know the difference, was to tight, the timing chain that they put on. Than they tell me it would be $500 to adjust it, I didn't pay $500 for the brand new part to be installed. They won't fix their mistake and they shouldn't be able to conduct business this way.

      Leisure Time has 2 locations, one in Corry, PA and one in Bradford, PA. I have thoroughly checked both systems looking for the customer information and details on the work performed. I was unable to find the name and phone number of the customer that filed this complaint. We have never had a customer by that name or phone number entered into our system. Therefore, I am unable to correct this situation because there are no records of us working with the customer that filed this complaint.

      Ordered 2 snowmobiles on 3/1/2022 as part of Polaris snow check. On 3/22/2022 canceled the order due to financial situation and Polaris snowcheck open window for orders is not over till 3/24/2022 to be able to change orders. **** was notified on 3/22/2022 that we were canceling he in turn said he was processing the refund of $8000 (value of our trade in). He said once the snowmobiles came in and they. Sold them we would get the other $1000 deposit back per the owner. It is now 3/29/2022 and we have not received the check for the trade in that they already sold. We want the $8000 for trade in plus $1000 deposit back due to Sales manager **** can not be trusted

      We were working with the customers on their 2 Polaris Snowchecks in March 2022. We placed each order with nonrefundable $500 deposits. We were later informed that they wished to cancel. They worked with our sales manager the entire time and we honored their cancellation and agreed to cut a check for the trade ($8000.) But we did not fully explain the process of getting a check cut back to them, instead we said it was "in process." They would call back for updates and the sales manager would give vague updates as to what was taking so long and would keep saying it was in process. Once I, store manager, was notified about the situation I called the customers immediately, explained our true process to cut a check. I have spoken to the wife a few times, apologizing and letting them know the status of the check in question. They asked for their $1000 deposit back upfront because of the situation. We honored that. The $1000 deposit refund was picked up at our other location on 4/5/2022. The $8000 check was received via mail on 4/5/2022 as well. We have considered this complaint settled.

      Bought unit,paid in full,no title.been over 2 months,have bike,dealer plate,leave msgs 4 owner of leisure time,never returns calls,had 2 office workers say they would figure out what is going on..that was 2 weeks ago,never returned call after initial call back when they said would work on it and get back to me .i want my title or need to know when exactly i will get it....2.5 months now
