    I paid this account off on May 1, of 2023 after making a payment plan that was not honored and reported poorly to my credit. I contacted them in May of 2023 to fix the negative information because every payment was made on time but being reported as late incorrectly. It was fixed after speaking with a higher up. The account has now reported 10+ late payments on a PAID and CLOSED account. There are 9 late remarks from *********************************************** 2025 after it has been paid in full a full 2 years ago. No one is answering the phone at the company or the school that I attended and it has impacted my 100% on time payments on my experian report.

    I attended this college for 1 month *************** when my mom passed I let them know I will not be returning,my school books and tuition was paid prior to starting that covered the $628.00 they are reporting derogatory on all my credit reports.Not only that they falsely double the accounts,putting 2 of the same with same amount.They failed to show me the whole breakdown of what my tuition paid out,or show any documentations of 2 accounts.

    I spoke on a recorded line to Account Receivables for Lincoln Tech,spoke with a ************* on 11/21/23 to ask her why are they reporting 2 accounts with same account number but different amounts.She said I only owe $648(1account)the other could of been when I paid some on it but would not help to remove it.She agreed to a settlement of $550 but never responded to my email as she said would draw up a letter stating there is only 1 account not another.Since they fraudulent reported to bring my credit score down I want it removed from all bureaus
