Hello, our new roof had a leak in the month of March 2021. It was installed November 2021. The company and crew was very responsive at first. They came out to inspect right away. The team made some minor caulking adjustments and wanted to see if that covered the roof leak. The water came into our newly remolded home and damaged the new sheet rock in our downstairs bedroom. The wall and the ceiling sheet rock was damaged and the foreman agreed the fixing of the sheetrock and painting would be covered under the warranty. It's clear and obvious . A few months went by in 2021 and there was no communication on fixing the drywall ceiling/wall. The roof then leaked two more times and water was coming into the bedroom. After dozens of calls and voicemails. A few months later the team came back out to address the roof only . Overall the team has been at our home 4 times to continue to repair and fix the water leak on the new roof. It's extremely challenging to receive any calls back from USA Roofmasters . We are now at 14 months from the original leak and the drywall has not been replaced . Simply seeking a payout so I can hire a contractor or have USA RM hire a contractor to fix the drywall and paint the wall/ceiling. I have been overly patient and now being taken advantage of with no communication on the issue. I am able to provide a quote for USA RM to cover if they are too busy to come complete the work that's covered over our roofing contract.Business response

We hired USARoofmasters to replace our roof on 4-19-21. The roof was done so bad that they agreed to replace the roof 2 weeks later. In doing the roof the first time they used a leaf blower to drive the their debris down my downspouts which ended ** in our drainage piping in 6 locations. I witnessed this take place in one location with their ******* and asked them how they planned on cleaning out the piping. I have been following up with them since April with no responds. Additionally we had leaf guards over our gutters that they were to remove and set aside to be reinstalled. they used the guards to catch the debris coming off the roof and instead of removing them they nailed them to the roof. When they came back to do the second roof they had to remove and discard them because they had been nailed to the roof. I followed up again this morning with the owner and finally got a response saying "we are not replacing the leaf guards". I'm just trying to get back what I had originallyCustomer response

No. the last email I received from *** Roofmasters was 7/16/21 where to owner reply to my email. That email was a follow up on the outstanding issues with them. His response was he was he never agreed to replace the the leaf guards, He was going to file a lien and i quote "I have never dealt with a worse customer.
After we realized the problems with the first roof we did put a stop payment on a check we had issued them that morning. I'm not sure if i had mentioned that before. I told the owner that once everything was finished I would be happy to reissue him that check minus the banking fee.
We did receive notice of a Mechanic's Lien Claim from a supplier he brought the material for the second roof go around from. I'm not sure why we would have been sent this because the second roof was only necessary because of how bad a job they did on the first roof.
Finally. I spoke to my insurance company today and they have not received a final **** form him to date. Which is preventing funds from being released. I was asked by them to reach out to *** Roofmasters to ask them to send their final invoice.
Hope this helps.
Thank you, *******
