Watch box continues to send me emails even though I've unsubscribed from there emails numerous times. I've tried to leave voicemails to talk with someone but all you get is mailbox is full .

I am responding to Complaint ID ********; *******************. The same ************** left the exact same review of us on 7/16/21, and it was responded to within 48 hours. After this initial complaint, we both opted his email out of our system and have even removed the email address from our system. Sometimes, users have other email addresses that they use and if ************** provides those addresses we will be happy to make sure he is unsubscribed. Our phones are answered by live reps from 9am - 9pm Eastern time if he needs assistance, our toll-free number is ************.Customer response

I'm still getting emails from watchbox, sometimes 2 a day. This is my only email address
. Every day
Regards I unsubscribe and yet I continue to get emails from watchbox. What there telling the BBB
Is not correct.
