On May 10th 2021 I contacted Govberg Watch repair via their website to get an estimate on 4 watches. I followed the directions & the watches were delivered on May 12th 2021 to their facility & address matching above.usps tracking ********************** I've emailed 6-7 times, I've called & left messages & never get any type of response. I want the estimates for repair or at least my property back they can't just ignore people for weeks on weeks & hold my property hostage evidently.Business response

Dear **** - We are sorry that we have not connected about this repair request. We received your watches, and our customer service rep has tried to get in touch with you several times and has not been able to reach you. Unfortunately, the watches submitted were replica watches, and we do not work on replicas. We need to speak with you to arrange shipment of your watches back to you, if you want them. Please call us at ************** and ask for ********* and she will help you.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution isn't satisfactory to me however they don't deserve anymore of my time. They returned most of my property but they didn't return hardware I sent to replace a watch band which now I'll have to buy. I'm done dealing with them but would caution anyone from doing business with them ever again for any reason. They are rude, provide zero customer service & want to try their best to make it sting.
