I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against the debt collection company, RECEIVABLE MANAGEMENT, for reporting an account on my credit report that does not belong to me. I kindly request your intervention in resolving this matter and ensuring the immediate removal of the inaccurate account. RECEIVABLE MANAGEMENT's inclusion of an erroneous account on my credit report has unfairly affected my financial reputation and credibility. Despite my diligent efforts to dispute this inaccurate information directly with RECEIVABLE MANAGEMENT, they have shown a complete disregard for my concerns and have failed to take any appropriate action. I implore the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter promptly and hold RECEIVABLE MANAGEMENT accountable for their negligent reporting practices. It is essential that they promptly remove the inaccurate account from my credit report, as it is unjustifiably damaging my creditworthiness and hindering my financial opportunities. I kindly request the Better Business Bureau's assistance in mediating this dispute and ensuring a satisfactory resolution. The inaccurate reporting of this account on my credit history not only harms me but also violates fair business practices. I trust that your intervention will help rectify this situation and restore the accuracy and integrity of my credit report. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I eagerly anticipate a swift resolution to this dispute. Should you require any further information or documentation, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I was looking at the credit report for my brother, *********************, and it shows a past due of 86.00 for an account opened on 01/04/2021. I have no clue who the supposed account is with. He was staying at my house during that time, and no accounts for him were set up with anyone. As a matter of fact he has no credit at all, and a blank credit report, aside from this 86.00 claim. This is the only thing on his credit record. He does not owe this money to anyone, nor does he owe anyone else. He is strictly cash and no credit.

received a notice that I have a collection from RECEIVABLE MANAGEMENT on my credit report. It says it was opened on 08/21/2019 for $265 with account number starting in ************ that I am not aware of nor am I responsible for. I never went into business with this company or signed any agreements with them so they should not be reporting anything on my credit. I am not aware of this account. I have reached out to ********* Credit Bureau, and RECEIVABLE MANAGEMENT to have this account removed from my file and they are always saying the same excuse, which is no longer acceptable. I have filed this as an outcome of Identity Theft. Regardless of all actions done on my end, there was no action from ******** Credit Bureau. Thus, I am reaching out to seek assistance to have RECEIVABLE MANAGEMENT confirm that I have no account with them and that the ******** Credit Bureau can simply remove it from my credit report.

After reviewing my credit report I found that I had a collection in the amount of $198 from Receivable Management Services. I am not liable for this debt with Receivable Management Services and do not have a contract with them. They did not provide me with a copy of the original application validating an agreement to partnership with on another, neither have they provided a breakdown of fees including any collection costs and charges. For both these reason this is a violation of the Fair Credit Report Act and this item should be removed from my credit report immediately to avoid litigation.

Last summer, I received a parking ticket in Normandy, France. I tried to pay it, but *****, the police, and my hotel were unable to help me pay it. When I returned home, ***** (France) contacted me with a request to pay the ticket with a money order. I sent the money order to the address in France that was requested. Shortly after that payment, RMS LLC began hounding me to pay them the money for the ticket. Honestly or dishonestly, RMS LLC is using outdated (false) information to demand money from me. What is the solution to their predatory behavior? Thank you.

I recently noticed a collections account on my credit report from this company. I have been out of all debt besides my student loans for months now. I received nothing in the mail from this company. Nor have I received a phone call. It's clearly a scam and now on my credit report.
