This manufactured home was purchased by the owner of the Park on 4/12/2022, and purchased by myself on 6/22/2022. The Supervisor at their ********, ****** office is stating the home is out of warranty, but will not tell ** the length of the warranty. Their website states 1 year, and I am well within 1 year. ***** also stated we are not in their service area, but since the home was sold to someone in this area, how is it you dont service it? That doesnt make any common sense. I would like the repairs to be done or be compensated for getting the repairs done myself.Business response

Fleetwood Homes, **** (Fleetwood) warrants to the ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER that your new home, including the structure, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems installed by Fleetwood, is warranted under normal use to be free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. Any such defects will be repaired or replaced at Fleetwoods discretion. The owner is responsible for normal home maintenance as described in the Owners Manual.Term
This Limited Warranty begins on the date of the close of sale to the ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER and extends for a period of one year from that date for non-cosmetic defects and for a period of ninety days for the cosmetic defects described below. This Limited Warranty covers only those defects that become evident within the applicable warranty period, and where notice was given to the selling retailer or Fleetwood not later than ten (10) days after the expiration of the warranty period.
The customers complaint clearly states that she is the second owner and thus the warranty above does not apply to her purchase. However, Fleetwood Homes has, as we often do, offered a onetime assistance and will repair some, if not all, of the items the customer has asked for. We send repairs crews to her area as we have work and will gladly schedule her work to be done at that time.

we purchased a fleetwood manufacture home in December 0f 2020. our house was finially delievered this last week. we have gotten every excuses in the book about the delay and also all the issues with the house. These issues range from the wrong siding, no stove, cracked walls, discolored paint, blotchy texture, a breakfast bar that if you put any wait what so ever on it it will fall down. broken and cracked siding. trim around windows that was cut from siding and put on. these are only some of the issues. We have a signed contract with the company that we purchased the home from and all we get are excuses and talked to like we dont know what we are talking about. we are made to feel like we dont matter and that we are the issue. we just keep getting the run around. if this house is the standard of fleetwood they need to stop doing business
