We got a BP3 from jugs. Had issues from the start. Now they have wasted enough time sending us parts that also dont work that warranty has expired so they want us to pay $1600+ shipping for motors that also probably wont work knowing JUGS and their history of faulty *******************. When we initially told JUGS SPORTS about our issue with the machine they told us they would send us a new motor for a fix and if that didnt work they would replace the machine. Its quite obvious to me they acted in their own personal interested constantly sending us parts that didnt work (multiple occasions) until the warranty expired and are now unreasonably and unethically forcing us to spend $1,600.00 + shipping for new motors instead of making good on their word to help us. I am seeking an ammo cable solution before pressing forward with legal discourse which we have acquired. We have several documents outlining different conversations, returns, etc but will not be providing them as JUGS should also have said documents and have been counseled to not share our evidence at this time.Customer response
