    I paid $1,250 on March 20, 2025 for a product that was never delivered. Today is the 12th of April. The seller acknowledges in many emails that I never received my order but has yet to refund my money. He just keeps putting me off.

    Customer Purchased an item that States 7-10 Days for Delivery.

    On the 6th Day He Signed for the Item and received it as you can see on this tracking.

    I NEVER received what I ordered. What got delivered was someone else's order. I have written confirmation of this fact. The seller never refunded me. PERIOD.

    The sales rep is misleading customers by telling by them the product is in stock in the warehouse. Manner of fact, the warehouse is in ***** and they have no control over shipment. To add insult to injury, little to no communication when replying to our concerns and only weeks after our projected delivery date was it communicated that nothing has happened and product is still in *****. *********** and excuses, buyers beware.

    Customer was informed prior to their purchase that the order had an estimated time of arrival of around 6 weeks for importation from overseas.

    The order arrived to the *** on time, but during processing for shipping to customer issues were found that would delay the fulfillment of the order.

    Within a week the customer was offered a $500 Rebate/Refund to compensate for the delay of awaiting parts to fulfill the order.

    Customer became hostile and profane, therefore the order was canceled and the customer was fully refunded.

    This was my second order Ive placed with Northwest Overland. Couldnt be happier with the product and with the service. Received a text as soon as my order was placed. They were prompt on shipment and communicated through the entire process. Highly recommended.

    ******* at T1Nparts.com provides exceptional customer service!He is very knowledgeable about the T1N and the various models of Class B conversions.I had taken my **** Sprinter **** Pleasure-Way Plateau to a shop to have the deteriorated leaking suspension airbags replaced.The shop was unable to find the airbag suspension kit in stock.I looked online and could not find it in stock either.I contacted ******* at T1Nparts.com.******* asked me to text him photos of the airbags that were installed on my T1N.He matched the airbags and sent me the link to order the correct airbag suspension kit.******* didnt just pull the airbag suspension kit from the shelf and mail it to me, he tested the airbags first!One of the airbags had a leak.******* texted to let me know that my order would be delayed.I explained to ******* Im in a time crunch because Im using the Sprinter to tow a U-Haul trailer for my move out of state and asked him how much it would cost to upgrade the shipping to express.******* told me he would cover the extra cost!When he received the replacement airbags too late in the day to send them express, he air shipped them to me and refused my offer to pay for air shipping!!!******* went above and beyond to help me.
